Liangjiang Jinguo (meaning heroine in Chinese) initiative features three platforms and one workshop. Jinying Hui aims to create a female-friendly environment for career development, especially for women in technology. Shuangcheng Hui eyes female contribution to the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and will provide opportunities for women in Chongqing and Sichuan to communicate and cooperate. Yueji Hui focuses on consumption growth driven by women and aims to carry out the concept of resource conservation and environmental protection. The workshop will provide services in terms of mental health, family happiness and well-being, and other issues women may face.
“Liangjiang Jinguo is launched to support women with better services, resources, development environment, and opportunities to achieve their ambitions,” said Liu Lingyun, chairwoman of the Liangjiang New Area Women’s Federation. “We also expect the initiative to encourage more female contribution to public welfare,” she added.
“We welcome ideas on the slogan and IP image that represent the initiative and reflect the concept of gathering, fostering, and enabling women’s power,” said Liu. Once adopted, the slogan and IP image will be rewarded with 1,000 yuan in cash. Outstanding submissions will also receive cash rewards.
Slogan (less than 12 Chinese characters) and/or IP image should be submitted to cqljxqfl@163.com by April 3, along with a submission form, which is available via the QR code below. The subject of the mail submitted should be “slogan/IP image + author + author’s contact number.”
