With great potential in the future, Chongqing has outstanding geographical advantages, an important strategic position, comprehensive urban functions, and a solid industrial foundation, said Yuan.

Specifically, Chongqing has a good foundation for the development of the digital economy, and Alibaba acts as a world-renowned Internet technology leader that has been deeply involved in Chongqing for a long time.

The cooperation between the two sides is fruitful and promising. To achieve win-win development, both sides can conduct new cooperation in areas including intelligent connected vehicles, industrial and satellite Internet, rural revitalization, and the Smart China Expo.

Alibaba international station established an office in Chongqing in 2008 to help local cross-border merchants go overseas online. Currently, Chongqing's four core industries in Alibaba international station are internal combustion engines, automobiles and spare parts, laptops and accessories, and general machinery,

Meanwhile, Chongqing will strive to create a first-class business environment, providing quality services for enterprises in Chongqing.

At the meeting, Zhang thanked Chongqing for its strong support for Alibaba's development. He said Alibaba has deployed many important business sectors in Chongqing, a significant hub and node for enterprises in the western market.

For example, Alibaba is optimistic about Chongqing's intelligent connected vehicles with abundant scenarios. At the Smart China Expo last year, Chongqing Municipal People's Government signed a contract with Banma, a subsidiary of Alibaba, to reach a strategic cooperation deal.

Chongqing will rely on the Banma automobile operating system to establish an open-source platform and promote the introduction of industrial chain enterprises and ecological construction.

In the future, Alibaba Group will expand cooperation in digital government affairs, consumption, and others, promote the deep integration of digital and real economy, boosting Chongqing's high-quality development.
