With investors' brand influence and operating experience, the Chongqing Central Mixc will boost the city's construction of an international consumption center, supported by its diversified and sustainable space, a gathering place for pioneer designers, curatorial highland and art experience landmark with social attributes and delicious food in the southwest region.

After its completion, it will help Chongqing's Jiangbei District to become a world-renowned commercial district from industrial agglomeration, culture and art, and high-end consumption.

Internationally cutting-edge consumer experience and interest space

According to Tencent's Location service big data, both Guanyinqiao and Jiefangbei business districts in Chongqing are listed among the top five popular business districts in the city. Among them, the Guanyinqiao business district is a core business district with the most popular, fashionable, and best environment formats in the city. It will continue to promote the integrated development of business, tourism, and culture to establish a more stable commercial and economic foundation.

Apart from Chongqing Central Mixc, an international consumption carrier, Guanyinqiao business district has also been upgrading its consumption scenarios by introducing elements such as animation and games to create an internationally cutting-edge consumer experience and interest space.

Over the next five years, the core area of the Guanyinqiao Business Circle is expected to expand from 1.5 to 3.6 square kilometers, achieving robust growth in the area, traffic flow, and commodity sales.

As a famous commercial street in China, Guanyinqiao business district has become a significant business circle with the strongest gathering, diffusion, and radiation capabilities in the commercial sub-center of Chongqing's urban area. Its pedestrian street in southwest China is the largest and the most spacious, with a greening rate as high as 40%. The district's continuous growth and expansion will undoubtedly contribute significantly to Chongqing's economic and commercial development.
