The technology is part of the company’s digital life product line, which creates digital humans that can serve as sales in the live-streaming and provide cultural training and reception services for scenic areas and exhibition halls.

According to the company’s product manager Gao Yan, the technology’s real-time and realistic performance is unparalleled in the industry. This technology allows for a team of two to three people to replace the work of at least ten people.

The company has successfully created a digital human for live-streaming who speaks Thai and Burmese to promote local agricultural products 24 hours a day, supporting the local economy's growth.

Gao Ya stated that digital technology had had a significant impact on the tourism industry and will continue to do so. For instance, Zhongbang's digital tour guides use voice navigation, facial recognition, and emotion recognition technology to provide tourists with a more personalized and intelligent travel experience, increasing the tourism industry's attraction and competitiveness.

In the digital economy sector, the company offers more intelligent services to enterprises through artificial intelligence and natural language processing technology.

Currently, Zhongbang is working on several projects, including a project in Sichuan Province that utilizes twin digital humans to recreate historical figures and facilitate real-time communication with tourists.

Gao Ya added that the company adheres to independent research and development strategies and closely integrates technological products with market demand. "The company will continue to provide innovative solutions for the cultural tourism industry, promoting the development of the digital economy, smart city, and smart tourism in Chongqing," she said.
