The highest level is value shaping, the second skill development, and the lowest knowledge or skill transfer. According to Hu Kai, China is still lagging in knowledge transfer, an area for future development.

At the event, the YUE Sports Chongqing Expo Youth Sports Center held a plaque awarding and enterprise appearance ceremony, where China's first youth training center of Ligue 1, a French professional league for men's association football clubs, will settle in.

Besides, the center will also offer training in basketball, fencing, badminton, swimming, and other sports to provide a comprehensive and scientific growth plan for young people aged 4 to 18.

During the conference, Zhang Daliang, Vice Chairman of the China Higher Education Association, stated in his speech that school sports have a very important basic position under the guidance of the concept of sports and study coordination. It plays a comprehensive role in promoting young people's enjoyment, physical fitness, character development, and willpower training.

Zhang Hong, who won China's first gold medal in speed skating during the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics and now works for four international sports organizations, also attended the conference. She said there are many graduates in China every year, and it is unclear how many want to become Olympic champions. They may need more guidance on employment and career choices.

Zhang Hong believes that "Sports is also a way of employment." The successful hosting of the Beijing Olympics and Winter Olympics shows that employment in areas such as event organization, sports management, media broadcasting, and sports economics all start from sports.

"Students can improve their physical, psychological, intellectual, and cultural development through sports classes, extracurricular activities, club activities, sports competitions, and sports training, thereby acquiring lifelong health and enhancing their comprehensive abilities," said Zhong Bingshu, former President of China's Capital University of Physical Education and Sports.
