Since its debut in 2019, "Top of the World Show Version 1.0" has performed over 1,000 shows and welcomed nearly one million viewers, receiving widespread acclaim. Chen Tao, head of the Chongqing Acrobatic Art Troupe, introduced that "Top of the World Show Version 2.0" has an overall aesthetic style of "cyberpunk." The show breaks away from traditional performance models, closely aligning with the trend of "cultural and tourism integration" while rooted in Chongqing's culture. It takes the audience on a fantastic journey of madness, beauty, grandeur, and joy.

To achieve the unique "cyberpunk" aesthetic, the show has made significant technical efforts in stage design. The stage background introduces the concept of "space-time fragments" with colorful neon lights, creating a futuristic and high-tech space. The show uses "naked-eye 3D" visual effects technology, leading the audience through primitive dinosaur worlds, vast space, Chongqing's urban development, and science fiction future through a 3D screen. With proportional props, the show vividly interprets the magical beauty of Chongqing in 8D.

The upgraded show boldly innovates in prop design, showcasing a series of props such as the universe, a monorail train through the building, the Yangtze River cableway, and the Chaotianmen Yangtze River Bridge. The audience witnessed the performers build a "Chaotianmen Yangtze River Bridge" on the spot, 23 meters long and about 6 meters high. The bridge scaled proportionally, spanned the center of the stage, and the performers, as light as swallows, performed acrobatic stunts on the bridge.

Afterward, a monorail train drove into the theater and completed a "through-building" by circling the stage, instantly becoming the focus of the entire audience.

"This is a completely new type of performance. We rehearse tirelessly from 9 a.m. until late into the night to amaze our audience. Their enjoyment is the ultimate recognition for us," said Wang Jingyu, who played the role of the motorcycle girl in the show.
