The theme "Empowering Culture and Building a Dream for Chengdu-Chongqing" featured keynote sharing, speeches, and roundtable dialogues focused on constructing the Economic Circle and developing the cultural industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.
The summit aimed to establish a cooperative platform for the cultural industry's development in the region, promote the high-quality development of the private economy in Chengdu and Chongqing, and support the construction of the new Chongqing in a new era and a journey.
The Chongqing Cultural Industry Chamber of Commerce was officially inaugurated during the event. Lu Hong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department unveiled the chamber and expressed high expectations.

Led by the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce and initiated by the Chongqing Wuzhou Century Cultural Industry Investment Group and other enterprises, the Chongqing Cultural Industry Chamber of Commerce aims to accelerate the development of the city's cultural industry, promote cultural empowerment and industrial leadership, and drive the high-quality growth of modern service industries such as cultural tourism.

The Bank of Chongqing granted a credit of 2 billion yuan (about USD 277 million) to the Chongqing Cultural Industry Chamber of Commerce to further support the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city Economic Circle and the Bashu Cultural Tourism Corridor. This joint effort aims to contribute to the two private cultural enterprises' high-quality economic and social development.
In the future, the Chongqing Cultural Industry Chamber of Commerce will unite and lead innovative and experienced enterprises and institutions in the cultural field across the city. Together, they will collaboratively build a top-tier chamber of commerce characterized by strong political leadership, robust team building, outstanding service development, and exemplary self-discipline.
