The project is one of the series activities of "IP: Creating Future" Chongqing Art Copyright Season. It is a great move to encourage the creation, protection, and application of artworks' copyright. The project is designed to create an atmosphere where people respect originality and protect copyright, empower the high-quality development of the cultural industry, promote the city image of Chongqing, and help build it into a powerhouse of culture.

Attendees of the launching ceremony included relevant personnel from Chongqing International Culture Association, Luhai International Communication Foundation, Chongqing Forestry Bureau, Chongqing Natural History Museum, and Tencent Information Technology Co., Ltd., and artists and curators.

At the ceremony, Wang Xingwei, Executive Secretary-General of the Chongqing International Culture Association, said that the Urban Artistic Creation Base should perform three primary functions: cultural exchange, artistic creation, and copyright incubation. It should hold cultural activities regularly and involve more residents in artistic creation to make everyone aware of artistic creation and copyright protection.

Chen Can, Deputy Secretary-General of Luhai International Communication Foundation, said that art is inspired by nature and combining nature and art will burst with unlimited vitality. This year's project, with the theme "The Growth of Art," is about birds, beasts, insects, and trees. It also incorporates the city image IP of Chongqing, "Huangsi Mama," and the urban ecological business card "Eagle City." By combining nature and artistic creation, the project will display residents' understanding of man and nature, their yearning for a better life and showcase the harmonious coexistence of the city, ecology, and people.

Artist representative Ma Tao, Founder of YHDQ DESIGN, shared his insights under the theme "Art Warms Life." Through this project, he expected that people who love life could have a co-creation platform to discover the city's beauty, and life and art can develop and warm people's lives. The project aims to demonstrate the beauty of Chongqing, deliver its values, call for environmental protection, and convey the strength of the Chongqing people. It is not only a reflection of personal but also enterprise values.

Such works include Eagle City (material transformation molding), Little Monster (wool), Huangsi Mama (mold), and All the Best (felt). They will be exhibited and applied for individual copyright at the end of December this year.
