Dezhuang Big Hot Pot Manor is an investment and construction project of Chongqing Dezhuang Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. Xia Xuemei, the project's leader, introduced, "This cultural and creative complex is themed around spicy culture, the art of hotpot, and industrial creativity. It caters to consumers' desires for culture, social interaction, and experiential consumption by integrating spicy cultural creativity into their daily lives. It aims to construct an "experiential spicy hotpot cultural and creative lifestyle hub."
Li Dejian, the chief planner of the Big Hot Pot Manor, introduced the manor's cultural background and overall planning. Li said, "Chongqing hotpot can be like vineyards in France, beer estates, and chocolate estates in Germany. Dezhuang Big Hot Pot Manor aims to become a culturally creative industry base with international influence."

Dezhuang Big Hot Pot Manor is a comprehensive hotpot estate that integrates production, learning, research, culture, travel, and business. It showcases the hundred-year history of Chongqing hotpot, fusing commerce, food, leisure, industrial production, technological research, and cultural dissemination.
After years of preparation, the total investment exceeds 300 million yuan.
The "Spicy Golden Pot" unveiled on Oct 16th is another important symbol of Chongqing hotpot, following the "Dezhuang Big Hot Pot." With an investment of 2.6 million yuan and made of 4,500 grams of 99.99% pure gold, the pot is inscribed with the characters "spicy and fragrant," symbolizing the eternal existence of humanity and hotpot.

The original site of Dezhuang Big Hot Pot Manor once housed the earliest centralized frying materials and utensils for Dezhuang, marking the beginning of the industrialization of the hotpot industry.
The currently operating first automated production line and intelligent production line for hotpot condiments, as well as the product traceability system, represent further exploration in the industry.
Inside the Big Hot Pot Manor, traces of time are preserved, such as the millennium-old ferryman's stone, the century-old hotpot table, and the intangible cultural heritage of Dezhuang soup.

The immersive display at the ancient oil mill, dating back a century, recreates the scene of traditional oil extraction. The sunshine drying area showcases the traditional sun-drying process for fermented soybean paste.
