Nestled in Western (Chongqing) Science City, the base forms the core of an ambitious plan that includes 28 university innovation hubs. This initiative is not just a local phenomenon but reaches out to universities across China and beyond.
Besides, this is not just another academic zone. The central area, with its conference center, living spaces, and hotel, forms a massive 400,000 square meter international community. This space is tailor-made for fostering exchange, training, incubation, and showcasing innovations at a global scale.

The base has created a complete ecosystem connecting academic ideas directly to industry applications. It also boasts three dedicated platforms that coordinate innovation efforts, pool resources, and organize activities.
Furthermore, the base is rolling out comprehensive support across various domains, including talent, innovation, industry, finance, and immigration. This means financial aid, R&D incentives, subsidies for specific sectors, interest-free loans for start-ups, and even special residence permits for international students.

He highlighted, "Being at the base allows us access to entrepreneurial support and proximity to numerous universities, aiding us in attracting top talent for collaborative research and development, enhancing our industry's competitiveness."
