Chongqing - On December 12th, Dezhuang Big Hot Pot Manor opened its doors in Nan'an District, which is expected to be a new cultural and culinary landmark in Southwest China's Chongqing. During the opening ceremony, Dezhuang Big Hot Pot Manor was honored as the "Chongqing Hot Pot Culture Heritage Base" by the Chongqing Hot Pot Industry Association.

Dezhuang Big Hot Pot Manor, funded and built by Chongqing Dezhuang Industry Group Co Ltd, is located at No. 10 Changdian Road in the Chayuan area. The manor, themed around spicy culture, hot pot art, and industrial creativity, aims to explore new trends in the hot pot industry.
The first phase of the venue offers diverse experiences such as tracing the origins of hot pot, factory hot pot experiences, collaborative creation of spicy culture, a red brick art corridor, and a trendy aesthetic lifestyle.

During the opening ceremony, Chief Designer Li Dejian welcomed the guests and showcased the unique features of Dezhuang Big Hot Pot Manor. The host, Xia Xuemei, provided in-depth insights into the manor's projects. Zhang Jin, Deputy District Mayor and Standing Committee Member of Nan'an District, praised its efforts to promote Chongqing hot pot culture and enhance cultural and tourism experiences.
Visitors can experience the artistic and technological integration of Dezhuang Big Hot Pot Manor. The "Flowing Hot Pot" art installation at the main entrance, depicting hot pots spreading across the world, attracted many visitors for photos.
Highlighting the industrial roots, a sculpture commemorating the establishment of the centralized seasoning workshop in 1997, the starting point of hot pot industrialization, was displayed on one side of the factory.

Visitors could witness the development of the hot pot industry over the past two decades through the contrast between the first hot pot seasoning automatic production line and the current intelligent production line, featuring precise grabbing and releasing by ABB robots.
Dezhuang Big Hot Pot Manor will host various visit-worthy events, including the annual "Spicy Culture Festival" in December and the monthly "Spicy People's Happy Day" on the 12th of each month.
