My Adventure at Jinfo Mountain
When I first arrived at Jinfo Mountain, I was captivated by the sheer beauty of the Ice Waterfall. It’s unlike anything I’ve seen before—water frozen into intricate, natural sculptures shaped by the mountain’s high altitude, cold climate, and unique geographical features. Standing there, surrounded by the crisp mountain air, I felt both inspired and connected to the wonders of nature.
As someone who grew up in Russia, I thought I knew cold, but the winter chill here was different. Luckily, Jinfo Mountain has thought of everything. Renting warm clothing, from cozy down jackets to multifunctional hats, scarves, and gloves, was incredibly convenient. Once I was bundled up, I was ready to dive into everything this magical place has to offer.
Skiing and Snow Fun for Everyone
The highlight of my trip was skiing on the North Slope of Jinfo Mountain. Although I hadn’t skied in years, the staff and professional coaches made it easy for me to regain my confidence. After a quick refresher, I found myself gliding down the beginner slope—and even the coach said I wasn’t too bad!
Jinfo Mountain has three ski resorts covering an impressive 150,000 square meters. Whether you’re a first-time skier or a seasoned pro, there’s something here for everyone. The beginner slopes are gentle and perfect for learning, while the intermediate slopes have been upgraded with steeper gradients for those ready to take on a challenge.
For families and non-skiers, there’s so much more to explore. Activities like snow tubing and towing rides bring joy to kids and adults alike. Jinfo Mountain isn’t just a place—it’s an experience.
