The conference was framed as a market-driven gathering aimed at boosting investment, sharpening marketing strategies, expanding audience reach, and stimulating consumption. It sought to deepen the Group's diversified cooperation model, strengthen cross-border cultural and tourism connections, build a "Chongqing–Southeast Asia" cooperation ecosystem, and accelerate the internationalization of Chongqing's cultural tourism.

At the event, after the Group's digital ambassador "Wen Lele" presented the Chongqing–Southeast Asia Culture and Tourism Market Alliance Declaration, the Chongqing–Southeast Asia Culture and Tourism Market Alliance was launched.

International partners expressed strong support and enthusiasm. Frédéric Roman-Hauduroy, head of France's Step'In Tourism, expressed his desire to become a volunteer ambassador for promoting Chongqing in Europe, citing his confidence that well-designed travel itineraries would attract European visitors eager to visit Chongqing.

Kenny Khan, representing the Malaysia–China Folk Culture Tourism Chamber and YOHO Tourism Group, offered his warmest congratulations, describing the alliance as both a milestone in Chongqing's cultural tourism development and an important bridge for cooperation between China and Southeast Asia, symbolizing a new chapter of mutual benefit and shared progress.

Li Xia, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of CQCT, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the organizer. Expressing gratitude for the presence of all guests, she emphasized that the conference represented not just a convergence of resources but a renewed commitment to cooperation, marking an important starting point for shaping a global cultural tourism landscape together.

Li outlined three shared aspirations that the Group hopes to realize with global partners: forging a stronger consensus for cooperation by leveraging the Group's diverse achievements in scenic areas, hotels, cruises, cultural innovation, and other sectors; broadening international perspectives through the newly established Southeast Asia Culture and Tourism Market Alliance, which will serve as a key step toward co-developing curated travel routes and expanding visitor markets; and jointly envisioning a promising future by inviting global capital and creative talent to build new cultural tourism benchmarks.

Zhu Mao, Deputy Director of the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development, commended the CQCT for its pioneering work since its establishment, including IP development, alliance building, and global outreach, which have injected strong momentum into the city's efforts to "go global" while also drawing global audiences to Chongqing.

He affirmed that the Commission will continue to strengthen policy support, refine service guarantees, and deepen collaborative mechanisms to foster a more favorable business environment and promote the exchange of tourism products and visitor flows.

These efforts aim to build a differentiated IP matrix, nurture original cultural tourism brands with global influence, and position the Group as a world-class integrated operator that will contribute to Chongqing's rise as a globally recognized cultural tourism destination and a model of high-quality tourism development in China.

Following the keynote speeches, the conference unveiled the Chongqing Cultural Tourism Group's new IP "Bayu Family," along with the Cultural Tourism IP Introduction and Incubation Plan, the Lehe Ledu Resort Upgrade and 5A Attraction Development Program, the Tongjing World-Class Hot Spring Resort Promotion Program, the Chongqing Amusement Park Global Investment Preview, and the 2026 Boutique Resources, Route Recommendations, and Channel Policies.

A series of licensing and signing ceremonies was also held. These included certifications for domestic distributors for regional marketing and for overseas distributors for brand display stores.
