Recently, Chu Dongzhu, Chief Architect at the Chongqing Architectural Design Institute, noted in our interview that high-rise buildings pose dual challenges in both emergency response and disaster prevention — issues rooted in specific stages of development. Saudi Documentary Chief Rayed: "Documentary breaks stereotypes"
