The gala will be staged across multiple locations: a main venue in Chongqing featuring a 360-degree vertical wraparound screen; an interactive “Joy Street 68” secondary set; a sub-venue in Yunyang, Chongqing, highlighting the area’s prehistoric dinosaur fossils and traditional morning noodle culture; and a special segment filmed in Mabian, Sichuan, showcasing the region’s vast dove tree forests and Yi ethnic customs.
Organizers emphasize the event’s role in promoting regional integration and cultural exchange within the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. The gala blends international presentation styles with local Sichuan-Chongqing character, aiming to offer both domestic and international audiences a vibrant “screen-based New Year’s feast.”
