Light of Three Gorges Along the Yangtze River

Light of Three Gorges, a new business card of Wushan, will walk you through high dams and clear lakes and take you on a journey in time and space.

The night tour themed Light of Three Gorges has absorbed such cultural elements as the Three Gorges on the Yangtze River, Wushan Goddess, maple leaves of the Three Gorges, Wu culture, Bachu culture, and immigrant culture, all embody the charm of Wushan. It is a new landmark for traveling on the Yangtze River at night.

A masterpiece

It involves the night scene and night tour along the Two Rivers and Four Riversides, with 152 buildings and over 20 kilometers of shoreline. There are three cruise ships of different styles of different periods in Chinese history as if they were traveling in time and space. It is a new night tour product that combines culture, technology, and entertainment.

A bold innovation

Equipped with more than 40,000 sets of environmentally friendly and energy-saving lamps, Goddess Avenue Light and Shadow Show, the first of its kind in China with outdoor screens on a large scale, has been created and known as the "Three Gorges along the Yangtze River" Walk of Fame. Wushan Lesser Three Gorges and Longmen Gorge Goddess Cliff Show is launched to reveal the goddess culture, the spirit of the Three Gorges, and the spirit of poverty alleviation in the form of naked-eye 3D projection, which is stirring.

An enhanced appearance

The unique night scene of Wushan, a city by water and in between mountains, is highlighted by dint of four systems (color, light, layers, and dynamics) so as to make it an Internet celebrity.

A new landmark of ingenuity

The "Light of Three Gorges" themed night tour is customized for Wushan based on environmental protection in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, with light as a medium and against the urban landscape. Of both natural and cultural significance, it enables tourists to enjoy the beautiful ecological shield in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the wonderful night in a different way. It is becoming a new landmark for tourism along the Three Gorges.

Seven scenes through times

With the cruise ship as the vehicle, it has integrated the cutting-edge light and shadow technology and art featuring panorama, dream, and interactivity to present seven scenes.

Time travel in the new Wushan

The whole journey, 12 kilometers long, costs 70 minutes. Tourists will see the bravery and tenacity of boatmen and trackers as they are singing the Work Songs of the Yangtze Boat Trackers. They will also experience the profoundness of the Wu culture for thousands of years and feel the Three Gorges culture in poetry that has been cited for thousands of years.
