The Sixth Session of China (Chongqing) Commodities Fair will take place in Chongqing International Expo Center from Oct. 19 to 22. The Fair this year covers a total exhibition area of 130,000 square meters. It has 9 exhibition areas such as Local Specialty Pavilion, Automobile Pavilion, New Business, and New Retail Pavilion, Modern Home Pavilion, Imported Commodity Pavilion, International Snack Festival Pavilion, etc.

This year, the fair joins hands with the Consulate General of Hungary in Chongqing, the French Chamber of Commerce in Chongqing, the Australian Chamber of Commerce, the Gyeonggi-do Business Center in Chongqing, the Chengdu Representative Office  of Korea International Trade Association, the Thai Chamber of Commerce in Chongqing and Sichuan(Province), the China Cross-Strait Investment and Entrepreneurship Association, the Chongqing Office of Minsk, Belarus. The consulates and business associations in Chongqing organizes nearly 100 international merchants to promote their own countries’ featured products, quality commodities, fashion brands, etc.

At the same time, the fair also invites imported commodity merchants including Global E&B、Guang Cai International、Dongfang Maimang, etc. to participate in the exhibition in Import Commodity Pavilion (N8 pavilion). More than 3,000 kinds of imported products like light luxury goods, small household appliances, maternal and child supplies, makeup, food and healthcare products, fresh food, etc.will be on exhibition.

In the N6 pavilion, combining the beautiful garden with the cool flash show, a  super cool "Miao Street" will be set. Cool Street Dances, Hot Blood Basketball, Skateboarding  Play, dancing and singing show, musical instrument performance, etc will wait for you along the street. Visitors could also enjoy the smart business experience at the exhibition site. It is possible to get close interaction with smart products such as smart business scene applications, smart commerce, robots, smart entertainment, smart home, smart communication and so on. Visitors also could get the chance to see the iFLYTEK Robot Road Show, Chongqing Madame Tussauds Celebrity Wax Show, Traditional Han Chinese Clothing Show, Pet Culture Show, Parent-Child Concert by Tony Music Center, Yishan Longboard Skateboard Competition, etc.

A Food Feast

During the fair, the 2018 Chongqing International Snack Festival and the Chongqing International Coffee Culture Festival will be held. Visitors can taste the hot and sour noodle, the Taiwanese meat Zhongzi (traditional Chinese rice-pudding), the Chongqing noodles, the delicious mushroom soup of Wuling Mountain,  and tasty street cuisine of Chongqing.

Shuttle buses provided

From Oct. 19 to 22, there will be shuttle buses running between Chongqing International Expo Center and  Xinlongda Building in Yuzhong District, Yutong Hotel in Jiangbei District and Xiniu Bridge in Yubei District.  Shared Car-Panda also has an exclusively-used parking lot next to Chongqing International Expo Center.
