The first Upper Yangtze River City Flower Art Expo (abbreviated as the City Flower Art Expo) ended with success. Three projects signed a contract for settlement in Jiangbei District during the expo. They were Yuesen Environmental Protection Intelligent Health Service System, Intelligent Manufacturing Base of Digital Denture, and Green Planet Science-Popularization Park, the largest ecological science-popularization thematic park in China.
Three projects signed a contract for settlement in Jiangbei District, which will bring an intelligent life to the public in the future
Chongqing Yuesen Environmental Protection Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yuesen Environmental Protection) and Jiangbei District will jointly establish the Yuesen Environmental Protection Intelligent Health Service System. Meanwhile, the system mainly improves the indoor health environment by enhancing the quality of indoor air and drinking water. Additionally, it collects and monitors the environmental health data of public areas through the self-developed IoT system. Therefore, it gradually develops an indoor environment intelligent service system. The system focuses on the intelligent health service system and integrates the R&D of new environmental management materials, indoor environmental data collection and software R&D, and indoor environment improvement and management as one.
At this signing, the Yuesen Environmental Protection plans to make an investment of nearly RMB 3 billion. The initial investment is RMB 500 million. To forge Yuesen environmental protection intelligent health service system, they will integrate market resources.
The project referred to as “Green Planet” is located in Jiangbeizui CBD. In the meantime, it is a new type of children recreation brand launched by Liangjiang Ocean Culture Co., Ltd. With a scale of about 10,000 square meters and an investment of RMB 80 million, the project is expectant to officially open in early 2019.
Three phases will complete the project. First of all, the project planned to lease plants covers 2,690.73 m2 in the Huaxiong Liangjiang Era at the Gangcheng Industrial Park with an investment of RMB 20 million. It is regarded as the production and operation site for the first phase of the project. It mainly constructs the denture production lines for denture productions, including beautification denture, implantation denture, reparation denture, orthodontic denture and steel bracket denture, while providing denture digital reparation program, orthodontic design program, and 3D printing services for the cooperative hospital.
Moreover, the second phase mainly introduces the world-famous manufacturer for lingual side straightener — MATC with about RMB 80 million. MATC is specialized in the production of self-locking appliances and beautification (invisible) appliances.
At last, the third phase focuses on land acquisition, infrastructure construction, construction of plants and auxiliary facilities, and so on. The investment is about RMB 160 million, and mainly introduced the implant production line of Martina Medical Group in Italy.
The Green Planet Science Popularization Park project referred to as “Green Planet” is located in Jiangbeizui CBD and is a new type of children recreation brand launched by Liangjiang Ocean Culture Co., Ltd. The project with a scale of about 10,000 square meters and an investment of RMB 80 million is expected to officially open in early 2019.
Furthermore, it is a large indoor thematic science popularization park that combines the activities of animal display and interaction, marine animal display, professional experience, popular science education, and parent-child play. There will be a children recreation complex playing multiple roles such as activity center for youth science popularization, extracurricular quality education base for primary and secondary school students, Chongqing family parent-child activity center, youth and children safety emergency experience center, and animal care center.
According to the principle of the project, the “Green Planet” will make full use of the unique geographical advantages of the Central Plaza to bring together the scenarios. Thus, the park will integrate “ocean”, “animals”, “forest”, “city”. It creates synergy and complementarity effect with the Chongqing Science and Technology Museum to form a “smart science-popularization + ecological science-popularization” tourism science-popularization position. The park will take the concept of “protecting the earth and caring for animals” as the starting point to build the largest ecological science-popularization thematic park in China. Additionally, it can fill the gaps in the new urban science-popularization entertainment products in the Chongqing market. On the other hand, it constructs a rich and diverse nature park for families, children, and adolescents in Chongqing.
