The trip includes a round-trip flight ticket from Paris to Chongqing (The arrival flight ticket to Chongqing is valid from Feb.23 until Mar.26. 2019.) which is provided by Hainan Airlines, 3 nights at two hotels with a double bed and sightseeing flex-passes for 6 major Chongqing attractions.

Terms and Conditions about Lucky Draw

1. GENERAL

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Win a trip to Chongqing Lucky Draw.”
1.2 This Lucky Draw is organized by Chongqing International Media Center. Address: 416 Tongmao Avenue, Yubei District, Chongqing, China.
1.3 The prize is provided by Chongqing International Media Center.
1.4 The Lucky Draw will run from December the 30th 2018 and end on the 6th of January, 2019 at 23:59 Beijing time.

1.5 The winner will accept that Chongqing International Media Center staff members will be present recording the trip for use on online media later on. 
1.6 Participating in the Lucky Draw automatically declares the participant agrees with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Chongqing International Media Center.

1.7 The round trip free flight tickets do not include tax which will cost around €383 . It means the winner of the lucky draw will pay the tax by himself or herself.

2. PARTICIPATION

2.1 Participation in this Lucky Draw is open to persons of 21 years and older, living in the U.S., European Union, or the United Kingdom.

3. GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

3.1 Participants cannot derive any rights from and/or receive compensation for participating in this Lucky Draw, other than as explicitly described in these Terms and Conditions.

4. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION

5. PRIZES AND WINNERS

5.1 The winner will be selected at random by a computer process that generates a verifiably random result from all valid entries received during the aforementioned Lucky Draw period.
5.2 The winner will be notified by messages on Facebook.
5.3 If the winner does not claim his or her prize within one week of publication, by responding to Chongqing International Media Center, a new winner will be appointed. As a result, all rights to any compensation will cease for the original winner, without any possibility of appeal.
5.4 If the winner cannot prove that he or she is 21 years or older, and therefore fails to meet the conditions, the prize cannot be awarded. A new winner will be generated.
5.5 The four-day trip, with three nights at two hotels for one person to Chongqing, has a total value of around €1800. The trip includes a round-tickets flight from Paris to Chongqing (The arrival flight ticket to Chongqing is valid from Feb.16 until Mar.16. 2019.), 3 nights at two hotels with a double bed and sightseeing flex-passes for 6 major Chongqing attractions. Food, drink, travel insurance, ESTA/Visa are not included in the prize. These costs are incurred at the winner’s own expense. 
5.6 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold, exchanged or paid out in cash.
5.7 The winner will report and pay any potential gaming tax.
5.8 Chongqing International Media Center reserves the right to replace the prize without prior notice with a prize of equal value, if this is so required or deemed necessary by Chongqing Daily News Group, due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. PERSONAL DATA

6.1 Chongqing International Media Center will ask the winner for necessary personal details required for executing the bookings included in the prize. This includes a copy of the winning pair’s passports.
6.2 Each participant warrants that any personal information that he or she communicates to Chongqing International Media Center within the framework of this Lucky Draw is correct, up to date and complete.
6.3 By entering this information, the participant agrees that Chongqing International Media Center records this information in line with uses it to award the prize.

7. LIABILITY

7.1 Chongqing International Media Center and persons and third parties engaged by Chongqing International Media Center are not liable for any damage, costs or expenses related to the participation in the Lucky Draw and / or not being able to participate in the Lucky Draw, whether or not awarding the prize, the acceptance of the prize or use of it.
7.2 Participants agree that they participate in the Lucky Draw at their own risk and the participant is responsible for the conclusion of travel insurance.
7.3 Chongqing International Media Center is not liable for (the consequences of) any defects in the prize.
7.4 By accepting the prize of the Lucky Draw, the winner declares his/her agreement with all articles from these Terms and Conditions.
7.5 Printing or other similar errors cannot be invoked as grounds for additional obligations for Chongqing International Media Center.

8. REMAINING

8.1 Chongqing International Media Center reserves the right to adopt or amend these Terms and Conditions during the course of the Lucky Draw or to terminate the Lucky Draw early if deemed necessary. Participants cannot derive any rights from this towards Chongqing International Media Center.

8.2 This action is conducted on the basis of the code of conduct for promotional games of chance.
