Enjoying high-definition theatre at movie cinemas was not accessible before. However, people now can enjoy Hamlet with Benedict Cumberbatch, famous for his role as a modern Sherlock Holmes in the TV series Sherlock, King Lear with Ian McKellen (best known as Gandalf in The Lord of the Rings), and Les Misérables in Concert: The 25th Anniversary. International Theatre Live Festival, which has been held for three years in a row is growing in scale, proving the attractiveness and strength of broadcasting theatre to cinemas.

Organizers said they tried to show different versions of classics and diversified forms of artistic presentation to the audience.
