In order to better serve the 2019 Smart China Expo, improve the supporting capability and comprehensive operation of the Park, and create a conference venue that can undertake essential activities such as intelligent industry summit forums, Liangjiang New Area Lijia Smart Life Experience Park calls for design institutes worldwide for Baiyun Lake Conference Center and Future Hotel. The registration runs from 9:00 am on Sept. 18, 2019, to midnight on Sept. 27, 2019.

Lijia Intelligent Park

Located in the center area of the Park, with a total land area of 24,200 square meters and a planned capacity building area of 12,000 square meters, the project of Baiyun Lake Conference Center is a vital landmark waterfront landscape building beside the Baiyun Lake, a conference and cultural center serving the Park, and a venue for holding summit forums at the national level and corresponding scales.

The project of Future Hotel is located in the Intelligent Area of the Park, with a total area of 63,900 square meters and a planned capacity building area of 28,000 square meters. Following the eco-friendly and intelligent concept and aiming to build a conference-based smart hotel with mountainous features, the project is positioned to offer citizens a chance to experience an intelligent, ecological and humanistic smart hotel and the unique charm of Chongqing as a land of natural beauty through the combination of landscape, architectural space design and various intelligent application scenes.

For this global-oriented collection, design institutions with relevant architectural design experience shall be invited. Domestic applicants shall be independent legal entities and enjoy Class A and above qualifications for design in the construction industry (construction engineering). Where the applicant is a consortium of an overseas institution and a domestic one, the foreign institution shall have a legal business operation and design license in the country or region in which it is located, and the domestic institution shall be an independent legal entity with Class A and above qualification for design in the construction industry (construction engineering). There are no more than five entries for each item.
