Chongqing- On Oct. 17, iChongqing learned from 2019 China (Chongqing) Second Yangtze River Upper City Flower Art Expo`s (Flower Expo) press conference, the 2nd Flower Expo will be held in Jiangbeizui CBD during 1st Nov. – 7th Nov. 2019.

The City Flower Expo will be based on Jiangbeizui CBD in Chongqing as its display window, with the city waterfront and urban park as the natural exhibition stand. There will be four major themes and ten exhibition gardens with a display area of about 30,000 square meters. The total viewing area is about 100,000 square meters. It shows the harmony of gardening, city, nature, and humanity, depicting a picture of modern city with mountains and rivers as a beautiful city life sample.

The organizing committee specially invited famous flower enterprises from Switzerland, the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, and Japan to bring up more than 100 kinds of novelty varieties and rare flowers such as Hibiscus moscheutos, Lotus Lantern, Protea cynaroides, Windmill Jasmine and etc. During the City Flower Expo, the “2019 Waterfront Urban Ecological Restoration and Urban Quality Improvement Summit Forum” will be held. The academicians will be invited to focus on topics such as Yangtze River Ecological Protection and Restoration, Waterfront City Construction and Development, and Three-Dimensional Urban Ecological Construction. International and domestic experts and scholars, and corporate executives will deliver keynote speeches and dialogues to discuss urban renewal and quality improvement.

This year's City Flower Expo will launch an intelligent exhibition system, visitors can reserve, view information about traffic guidance, exhibition area navigation, introduction, food and beverage, and entertainment.
