On May 13, the one-month campaign to help local private enterprises attract talent via online platforms was launched. The campaign was sponsored by Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Chongqing Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and organized by Chongqing Talent Exchange Service Center and Sichuan Talent Exchange Service Center. During the campaign from May 13 to June 14, free services for attracting talent will be provided to private enterprises in Sichuan and Chongqing for one month.
According to the head of Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, during the campaign, online recruitment sections will be set on websites including www.cqhri.com, www.scrc168.com, and www.huibo.com for the first time through the cooperation between Sichuan and Chongqing, to conduct joint online recruitment, and realize personnel interaction and deepen the regional talent exchange and cooperation mechanism between the two regions. Free services including posting jobs, providing resumes, recommending candidates, online interviews, and policy information will be provided to private enterprises in the two regions.
At the same time, special sections will be set up on the websites to introduce local districts and counties and the talent policies of different regions, as well as some recruitment sections for key industries, middle and high-end positions and post-doctoral workstations, including important industries such as intelligent manufacturing, digital economy, modern finance, and strategic emerging industries, aiming to attract talent to Chongqing. The recruitment section for graduates will also be added to facilitate the employment of college graduates amid the COVID-19 outbreak and expand employment channels for them.
According to statistics, up to now, a total of 1,181 enterprises in Sichuan and Chongqing have signed up for the campaign. Top 100 private enterprises in Chongqing including Sokon Group and Zhongke Holding have registered online. The enterprises that have registered for the campaign covered 37 industries, including industrial manufacturing, Internet software information, financial services, environment-friendly materials, and so on. They have published 5,282 jobs, aiming to recruit 12,101 employees. The number of candidates who have registered has reached 2,871. Among them, 2,436 have bachelor’s degrees, 391 have master’s degree and 44 have a doctor’s degrees.
