Until now, under the situation that the prevention and control situation of the COVID-19 pandemic has further improved, the acrobatic show in Chongqing will re-enter the stage on May 22. The fantastic acrobatic show in Chongqing – Magic City and Extreme Happiness Show will dedicate a happy cultural journey to the public during the post-epidemic period while keeping focusing on the epidemic prevention and control.

The large-scale acrobatic show Magic City and Extreme Happiness Show is an internationally produced and international-standard resident performance show. It was tailored by the Chongqing Acrobatic Art Troupe of China for domestic and overseas audiences. The whole performance focused on the theme of "Extreme" and "Happiness", with modern acrobatic performance as the core. Moreover, it is supplemented by high-tech ways, such as the 3D holographic technology, high-altitude machinery, and more, obtaining domestic and international awards. The show had been staged since May last year and has been performed in Chongqing International Circus City for more than 250 performances, which has won unanimous praise from the audience.

In order to strictly implement the requirements for the epidemic prevention and control for theater performances, the troupe will only provide three performances per week during the early period. The number of spectators was strictly controlled for each performance, which only 450 seats will be opened.

To reduce the risk of close contact through offline ticket purchases, audiences need to register online for real-name ticket purchases on the relevant ticket purchase platform. Meanwhile, audiences should keep a distance of more than one meter to avoid crowding to strengthen the entrance and exit management. At the same time, audiences should enter the theater with a valid ID and Yukangma (the health code) to verify the real name at the theater staff. Also, audiences should wear the mask and check body temperature before entering the theater.

On the other hand, the theater will ensure the distance between each seat is at least one meter. The troupe will disinfect the theater twice a day and maintain ventilation of the theater, equipped with hand sanitizer and disinfection water. All staff members of the troupe and theater will strictly implement the anti-epidemic measures during work, wearing protective equipment, such as masks and gloves throughout the entire process.
