Chongqing - China’s most important political gathering, known as the “Two Sessions” starts on May 21.  The Two Sessions refer to the National People's Congress (NPC), which is the top legislature, and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), which is China's top political advisory body.
