On May 20, Inspur Group and Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee jointly developed and launched the Liangjiang New Area Industrial Internet Public Service Platform. Two days later, the Joint Innovation Center for Intelligent Equipment Industrial Internet, jointly sponsored by four units and enterprises including China Academy of Industrial Internet (Chongqing Academy) and Haier Digital Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., was inaugurated in Chongqing.

By far, there are 197 industrial Internet service enterprises in Chongqing, which have prompted more than 50,000 industrial enterprises to take online platforms, making Chongqing a rising industrial highland for industrial Internet development, revealed statistics from Alliance of Industrial Internet (Chongqing Alliance).

This year, Chongqing will further promote the construction and functional improvement of national top-level nodes for industrial Internet logo analysis, support the construction and development of cloud platforms such as Inspur, yonyou and UniCloud, and improve Chongqing's industrial Internet service provider resource pool and industrial Internet industry service system.

Promoting the development of the industrial Internet is also one of the priorities of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.

Before this year's national Two Sessions, Sichuan and Chongqing's departments of economy,

information and communication management jointly signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement of Chengdu-Chongqing Industrial Internet Integrative Development Demonstration Zone, to develop the industrial Internet.

According to the agreement, Sichuan and Chongqing will give full play to their respective advantages in policies, industries, and resources, focusing on the interconnectivity of new infrastructure, cooperation and complementarity of platform resources, and sharing of safety supervision

Through the construction of the industrial Internet, the two places will jointly pool such resources as an industry, science, and technology, talent, data, and production factors, and expedite regional coordination, industrial coordination, and enterprise coordination, noted Chen Jinshan, Director of Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology.

Specifically, Sichuan and Chongqing will cooperate in five aspects: 1) collaborative construction of industrial Internet logo analysis system; 2) cooperation in building an integrated public service platform for industrial Internet; 3) joint construction of an integrated industrial Internet security system; 4) strengthening the policy coordination of industrial internet innovation and development; 5) joint establishment of Industry Innovation Alliance of Industrial Internet.

"To advance the development of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, it is especially necessary to develop innovative drivers such as industrial internet," said Chen Jinshan, adding that while promoting technological innovation in enterprises, the two places must also speed up the intelligent transformation of enterprises and build high-standard digital workshops and intelligent factories, so as to drive the construction of an industrial Internet integrative development demonstration zone and enable the high-quality development of manufacturing industry with intelligent manufacturing and industrial Internet.
