Colleges have launched more social art projects in response to the ‘Three up-close’ policy, which is based on the principles of transforming local areas, providing aesthetic education, and improving urban life. These all combine to tell the story of Chongqing and convey positive energy through society.
The third point is to foster more creative spirit in exploration and innovation, strive to express one’s individual sense of reality and visual experience of contemporary life in a refreshing manner.
