Before the competition landed in Chongqing, it was mostly based on non-governmental exchanges, and there were not many entries. This year, A sub-competition area has been established. More than 10,000 young people participated. "The purpose of holding the competition is not only to enhance the youth's pursuit of beauty, but also to build a communication platform to let young people from Hong Kong, Macao, and the Mainland understand their lives, and let students interpret the traditional history and culture of the motherland." Qiu Xuan, one of the organizers of the event, said, "The pursuit of art will never stop. The calligraphy and painting competition not only promotes and inherits the traditional Chinese culture but also brings good opportunities for exchange and collision of ideas for young people."
