Through a big data platform, workers can obtain data in real-time or offline, and flexibly configure system computing power allocation. Moreover, through the micro-service engine, real-time data collection, analysis, and integrated application of raw materials, production, transportation, and construction are realized on the production line. Through the Internet of Things platform, one person can control thousands of industrial equipment on the production line, and make the data of IT and OT integrated employing the company's information system. After accessing Humi Yunxi's technical data center, the smart factory can save nearly 2 million yuan (about USD 288,600) in labor costs every year. At the same time, statistics showed that it had shortened the product development cycle by 50%, reduced the defective product rate by 60%, reduced transaction costs by 50%, and increased production efficiency by 10%.
