iChongqing Smart Roadshow- Yongchuan Big Data Industrial Park of Chongqing Cloud Valley was established in 2008 with a planned area of 3 square kilometers. The site incorporates the three areas of Xinglong Lake, Shennv Lake, and the High-Speed Rail Station.

At present, one square kilometer has been completed with 700,000 square meters of floor space home to 365 enterprises, which have over 14,000 employees. In 2019, the industrial park achieved 22.4 billion yuan and produced 266 million yuan in tax revenue.

The industrial park reached a cooperation agreement with Chengdu Tianfu Software Park in 2019 for close partnership in Chengdu-Chongqing joint innovation, business exchange, and talent cultivation.

In order to share talent pools and accelerate construction in the most substantial municipal big data and information service base, the Chongqing Big Data Industry Talent Alliance has actively promoted cooperation with Chongqing University, Southwest University, The University of Electronic Science and Technology, the Sichuan Institute of Technology and others.

Yongchuan Big Data Industrial Park enjoys the advantages of geographical location, fast and convenient transportation between Chongqing and Chengdu, a pleasant urban living environment, access to high-quality talent, and supportive government policies.

As a result, the park has been able to gradually form an industry cluster in the fields of service outsourcing, software information, data processing, digital content, and e-commerce.

Yongchuan District is striving to build a digital smart city within the Chongqing-Chengdu Twin City Economic Circle focused on the development of 9 emerging industries, including advanced video gaming, autonomous driving, vehicle cloud, and online education, and medical care. Through well-defined projects and targeted investment, the aim is to hasten the transformation and upgrade the industrialization in digital technology.

The Customer Experience Center in Yongchuan is a key project of strategic cooperation between Alibaba Group and Chongqing. It has successfully begun construction of the first national L4 autonomous driving open test base, as part of the Baidu Western Autopilot Open Test Base Project.
The emerging service industry is a strategy to accelerate urban development Yongchuan Big Data Industrial Park will continue to endeavor in big data and information service industry. The current aim is to cluster 500 enterprises, 30,000 employees, and achieve an output value of 40 billion by 2022.
At the same time, construction is ongoing to complete the National Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, the Chongqing Vehicle Cloud Pilot Area, the Chongqing Digital Economy Innovation Development Zone, and the High-quality Development Pilot Zone for the Chongqing Big Data Industry.

Among the leading successful enterprises in big data technology-based within Yongchuan Big Data Industrial Park are Baidu Zhixing and DAWA.

The business registration of Baidu Zhixing Information Technology Co Ltd was completed in Yongchuan District in November 2019. Their office is located in Area C of the Chongqing Cloud Valley and presently has 30 employees. The company offers whole process solutions and technical support, whilst at the same time providing system solutions for the transportation and automobile industries in Southwest China.

Since construction began in April this year, the installation of vehicle-road coordination facilities has already been completed on urban roads, while and 5 L4 autonomous vehicles have been deployed in trial runs.

The plan is to reach 10 vehicles in July and commence phase one of the project. In September, a press conference to announce the launch of Yongchuan Baidu Western Autonomous Driving Open Road Test Base has been planned. The event will also feature in the 2020 China Smart Expo.

Chongqing DAWA Big Data Advanced Virtual Graphic Center is principally engaged in virtual reality, game development, and film production research. They also work in the whole industry chain business, such as development and talent cultivation. Employees in their R&D and production teams based in Yongchuan have passed the 600 mark, with a reserve talent pool in excess of 1000.

Successfully projects undertaken by DAWA include the virtual roller coaster project of Floraland Theme Park and the simulation system used for the 70th Chinese National Day.

Furthermore, the Digital Twin City platform was developed in cooperation with the Third Academy of Aerospace Science and Industry Corp and was successfully piloted in Yong. Also, their digital human real-time rendering imaging products enjoyed lavish recognition from the industry at the 2019 Smart Expo.
