Chongqing- On Aug. 26, Chongqing Flood Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction Press Conference was held. Zou Yu, Deputy Director of Municipal Disaster Reduction Office, introduced that reconstruction and economic recovery plan after the Yangtze River No. 5 flood and the Jialing River No. 2 flood passed through Chongqing.
