The 3rd Industrial Internet and Smart Manufacturing Summit Forum, as an important thematic forum of Smart China Expo Online 2020, is scheduled to be held in Nan'an District on the afternoon of September 15 and will be broadcast live online. With a series of keynote speeches, the release of achievements, special topic sharing, and demonstration of "5G+Industrial Internet" innovative applications, this upcoming forum will be attended by more than 20 important guests, including renowned academicians, experts and scholars, and industry leaders from the field of the industrial Internet.

This forum is co-undertaken by Chongqing Economic and Information Technology Commission, People's Government of Nan'an District, Administration Committee of Chongqing Economic & Technological Development Zone, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, and Alliance of Industrial Internet, and co-sponsored by the West China Branch of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, CAICT Industrial Internet Innovation Center (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., Alliance of Industrial Internet Chongqing Branch and Alliance of Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution Provider Chongqing Branch.

Based on the theme of the forum, academicians, experts, and industry leaders from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, CAICT, China Unicom, Alibaba Group as well as Chongqing construction and building materials logistics units or enterprises will share their exciting views, talk about the latest technologies, achievements, and applications, and discuss innovative development models and practice paths, helping Chongqing to pursue the high-quality development in the manufacturing industry.

Aside from that, such activities will be held, including the launch ceremony for the secondary node of industrial Internet identification analysis system, the awarding of Chongqing smart manufacturing benchmarking enterprises, and the official launch of Chongqing industrial Internet public service platform and Chongqing industrial Internet security situational awareness platform. Notably, the Alliance of Industrial Internet Chongqing Branch will set up an exhibition area with China Unicom Chongqing Branch to display innovative application scenarios of "5G+Industrial Internet".
