For the last few days, The "New Trend of Western Development" themed online activity has been held in Chongqing, attracting Chongqing Blockchain Digital Economy Park, TusPark, and other parks and enterprises. The activity showed how they can empower the traditional old industrial city through big data and artificial intelligence to boost the high-quality development of Chongqing's manufacturing industry.

Yuzhong District, the mother town of Chongqing, is famous for its urban tourism. It has surprisingly developed a blockchain park from nothing. At the just-concluded Smart China Expo Online 2020, the park was upgraded to a municipal industrial park.

So far, it has introduced two world-renowned enterprises, namely Inspur Group and IBM, developed over 10 well-known local enterprises including Jinvovo Technology, Bangbang Lian Intelligent Technology, Xi-tech, and DeaKing, and gathered more than 60 affiliated enterprises such as Venustech, HollySys, Chongqing Humi Network Technology Co., Ltd., Lifelines, and VRV.

The person in charge of the park introduced that the park will further integrate into major strategies like Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle. Led by innovation-driven big data intelligence, it will strive to introduce more than 200 blockchains and related enterprises by the end of 2022, and achieve an output value of 30 billion yuan.

Jiulongpo District is a traditional industrial area of Chongqing. In recent years, Jiulongpo has introduced some science parks such as TusPark to facilitate the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry.

TusPark is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd., a core enterprise of Tsinghua University. In 2017, the first TusPark in southwest China was built in Chongqing.

Tang Xiujuan, General Manager of Gaokai TusPark (Chongqing) Operations Management Co., Ltd. said that the TusPark in Chongqing, with artificial intelligence and big data as its core industries, aims to help the city's industrial transformation and upgrading. The park gathered dozens of leading enterprises in the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and big data to provide technical and financial support for the transformation and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry.

In addition, there are about 50 intelligent manufacturing enterprises in the park to empower industrial enterprises. It also owns about 20 big data enterprises like AInnovation and DREAM TECHNOLOGY, covering government affairs, education, emergency medical services, power grid, and other fields.
