To improve the tourism service infrastructure in Beibei District and accelerate the building of national-level Jinyun Mountain-North Hot Spring Tourism Resort, Chongqing has recently completed the construction of its first colorful outdoor parking lot, which will be officially put into use on National Day and facilitate citizens' driving tour to the Tourism Resort in the future.

The Area A of Jinyun Mountain Ecological Parking Lot to be opened is located next to the Jinyun Mountain exit of Chongqing-Wuhan Expressway, covering about 6,666.7 square meters, with 99 private parking spaces, tour bus parking spaces, and barrier-free parking spaces. The parking lot is close to the starting point of Jinyun Mountain Cableway, where tourists can take it directly after parking. Moreover, Beibei's power supply company has set up fast-charging stations special for new energy vehicles in the parking lot, enabling such owners to enjoy nine peaks of Jinyun Mountain and experience local homestay.

Many parking spaces have been colored in the parking lot. The builder changed the surface of the regular parking spaces to the colored ceramic particle surface, which is more recognizable. On the one hand, this helps protect the road base and increase road friction, ensuring parking safety. On the other hand, eye-catching bright colors can enhance the city's grade and visual experience. The parking lot is also said to be Chongqing's first colored outdoor parking lot.

The parking lot charges two yuan per hour for small cars, with eight yuan for 12 hours and 15 yuan for 24 hours. It charges four yuan per hour for oversized cars, with 15 yuan for 12 hours and 30 yuan for 24 hours.
