The press conference

Online & offline exhibits

The China Education Equipment Exhibition is sponsored by the China Education Equipment Industry Association and undertaken by the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission and the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce. It is held twice a year and is known as the "weathervane" of the education equipment industry.

Under the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's exhibition also has some new features.

This year is the first time that the CEEIA has opened a new model of online and offline integration. It is reported that the online exhibition has been officially launched on July 20. Ten theme exhibition halls are set up online, integrating product display, trading, BBS, and cooperation communications via 3D, VR, multimedia, and other information technology. A three-dimensional exhibition hall is created to promote the development of the "Internet +" educational equipment industry.

The 3-day exhibition will also host 28 events (including 18 conferences, forums, new product launches organized by the company itself, etc.), which will bring visitors a various itinerary and more fulfilling exhibition experience.

Expo Center: one exhibit, one case

A major feature of this year's CEEIA is that there are many applications for remote display of video education. In this regard, the Expo venue provides advanced network infrastructure and professional network security teams, providing high-speed and stable network services for the CEEIA. While ensuring sufficient network bandwidth, more than 50% redundancy is ensured, making remote video display smooth and stable.

A five-step approach to the venue

As the largest exhibition was undertaken since the resumption of the exhibition, the opening of the CEEIA also means that the epidemic prevention work of the Expo Center will undergo a more severe test.

The Expo Center has developed a "five-step approach" admission process including temperature test + ticket verification + presentation of health code + verification of identity information – get through the disinfection area – retest the temperature – inspection -ticket verification at the entrance, to ensure that all personnel participates in the activity with their true identities. For exhibitors from high and middle-risk areas, according to Chongqing's epidemic prevention and control requirements, a nucleic acid test report within 7 days must be presented.

In order for exhibitors and visitors to arrive at the venue safely through a smooth process, during the exhibition, visitors can purchase tickets through real-name systems and make online reservations. Visitors from outside Chongqing must prepare Yukangma codes in advance. Two codes will be checked on site before entering the exhibition hall-"Yukangma in Green Code" and "Pre-registered Information Code".
