Chongqing - On October  22nd, Yubei District held their online Livestream program to promote local culture, goods, and attractions. Hosting the live stream was the head of the Yubei District local government, Tan Qing. It's one of the official live streams organized by the Chongqing government, to promote local culture and tourism. In this episode of Culture Café, we take a closer look at how official live streaming has become a larger and even more important way of promoting small businesses and entire city districts.
