October 27 saw the signing ceremony of an action plan of coordinated employment and entrepreneurship development of college and university graduates in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. The alliance founding meeting was staged by Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, the Education Department of Sichuan Province.

The two sides signed the Agreement on Coordinated Employment and Entrepreneurship Development in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. The Employment and Entrepreneurship Alliance of Colleges and Universities in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle firmly promoted employment and entrepreneurship's integrated development in this area.

To advance the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, realizing coordinated development of education in the area, and providing employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for college and university graduates, the Education Department of Sichuan Province and Chongqing Education Commission will join hands to implement an act of coordinated employment and entrepreneurship development of college and university graduates in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.

Based on strengths and the reality of the economic circle, the two sides will build four platforms to achieve comprehensive integration and coordinated development, including a forum for coordinated development, which will be created for exchanges and cooperation in the formation of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Alliance of Colleges and Universities in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

Another platform for resource sharing will be established, with its target to set up a mentor group of the Double-hundred Projects for employment and entrepreneurship guidance, jointly build an expert pool, share teacher resources, and share the employment information resource base of the Chengdu-Chongqing area through the cloud platform of employment services.

There will also be an employment service platform. The two sides will strengthen employment and recruitment cooperation and jointly launch such activities as job hunting and recruitment and competitions and training for employment and entrepreneurship to enhance graduates' related capacities in a multifaceted manner.

Furthermore, a university-enterprise cooperation platform will be built to promote in-depth cooperation between colleges and universities in the Chengdu-Chongqing area and enterprises, industries, and parks from inside to outside. This also strengthens exchanges and cooperation with scientific research institutions and professional associations and facilitate the immediate and efficient transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship achievements of colleges and universities in the two cities.
