The city's roughly 3,600 small and microbusiness owners and management personnel are expected to attend the series of open online sessions and advanced offline seminars, as a bid of the Municipal Human Resource and Social Security Bureau to promote widespread employment further and to better support the sustainable development of small and microbusinesses.

Competent experts and officials from the city's human resource,  social security, development and reform, and taxation authorities gave a detailed interpretation of the relevant rules and regulations on employment, social security, labor relation, talent introduction, and financing.

Small and microbusiness owners, startup incubation center personnel, grassroots cadres attend the launching ceremony and the following seminars.

Professional and well-established scholars from Chongqing University, Southwest University, Chongqing Technology, and Business University also profusely shared knowledge about Livestream sales, innovative mindset, business administration, and the development patterns and phases for typical small and microbusinesses.

Right after the conclusion of the launching ceremony, the first five-day-stretching training seminar was opened to the city's more than 140 small and microbusiness owners, startup incubation center personnel, and grassroots cadres responsible for startups and employment.

A special booth set up outside of the conference hall where the launching ceremony was held.

To better cushion the impact of COVID-19, the Municipal Human Resource and Social Security Bureau has promulgated a series of employment policies and implemented waves of financial stimulus/subsidy packages since the beginning of this year.

Six thousand one hundred fourteen medium and small-sized enterprises have been subsidized a total of 1.02 billion yuan, including 213 million yuan for employment insurance, 756 million yuan for social security. Three hundred fifty thousand startups have also been granted a total of 5.94 billion yuan for government-vouched loans.

What's more, as of now, the employment-focused training sessions launched by the Municipal Human Resource and Social Security Bureau have already seeped into the city's 40 counties and districts, serving 39,000 enterprises and 62,000 unemployed workers.
