Wansheng has compiled a master plan for developing "all-for-one" tourism, which focuses on the integrated development of urban and rural tourism resources, according to Huang Nengjin, member of the Party Work Committee and member of the Party Leadership Group of Wansheng EDC. It has also been committed to developing ecological tourism, sports tourism, rural tourism, study tourism by promoting its golden tourism brands such as the Black Valley, Wansheng Stone Forest, and Dream Ordovician Theme Park, Huang added.

There are currently 22 scenic areas in Wansheng EDZ, with 16 highways and 14 shuttle bus routes directly linking visitors from downtown Chongqing. What's more, there are also over 700 hotels, guesthouses, and country inns, which would guarantee the safe supply of electricity, water, gas, and internet communication, and 148 A-level public toilets within these scenic areas, among which the "3rd toilet" would provide timely support to those in need.

Near the end of the press conference, Huang introduced the "1+3+N" tourism administration system, which consists of a general office, three subordinate centers for data, complaints, and emergency management, and other related departments for pricing, commercial, environmental, and logistical purposes.

The idea of “all-for-one” tourism is first mentioned in the government work report 2017, which aims to cater to the country’s growing demand for tourism products and services and encourage local governments to integrate tourism resources to improve tourism competitiveness and service quality.

The demonstration zones should have high standards of governance, extensive tourism products and services, and active public participation, according to the guidelines released by the CNTA.
