Through field research and in-depth communication with various parties, Wu became increasingly aware of the importance of agricultural brand building in promoting rural revitalization. In 2021, she will suggest building a brand system of agricultural products to boost rural revitalization and perfect tax policies to support rural revitalization comprehensively.

"The key to rural revitalization lies in the industry while the foundation of industrial prosperity lies in agriculture. Branding is an important symbol of agricultural modernization and an important driving force for implementing the rural revitalization strategy," said Wu. She became increasingly aware of the significance of building agricultural brands in advancing rural revitalization.

Wu paid visits to and carried out investigations and research in communities and learned from foreign countries for their successful experiences based on detailed analysis. In response to Chongqing's plan to build a unified brand for citrus fruits produced in the Three Gorges area, she offered suggestions on developing unified standards and promoting the joint development of Chongqing's advantageous resources of citrus fruits.

Moreover, to vigorously promote rural revitalization, she made proposals to build a brand system of agricultural products and improve tax policies based on domestic agricultural development. She intends to submit these proposals at the upcoming NPC meeting.

Besides, Wu has also systematically sorted out various advantages Chongqing has in citrus and endeavored to build a global-oriented platform for the whole citrus industry chain. The platform will create more agricultural brands to produce and provide more healthy food in the future jointly.
