On March 24, Employment and Entrepreneurship Week of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle started at China (Chongqing) Public Vocational Training Center. Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security signed the Agreement on Cooperation in the 14th Five-Year Plan Key Projects on Employment.

Afterward, the two are about to cooperate in ten fields, including carrying out the employment policy coordination plan and the joint provision of employment services to raise the employment rate and improve employment quality. All of these will be realized under the principles of "mutual complementarity, synergetic development, co-construction and co-sharing, and cooperation for win-win results."

In terms of the plan on employment policy coordination, Sichuan and Chongqing are slated to build a mechanism for communication before the release of major employment policies, intensify comparative study on such policies in the two places, and pay regular visits to the other to fill the gap in this field gradually.

The Agreement stated that Sichuan and Chongqing would co-implement the public job-seeking and recruitment exchange plan. They are going to hold such job fairs as Sichuan, and Chongqing Enterprises to Recruit Talent in Bashu and Sichuan and Chongqing Autumn Job Fair, promote the connection of Sichuan Public Recruitment Network and Chongqing Public Employment Service Network, optimize the online job-seeking and recruitment information platform, "Sichuan-Chongqing Jobs for You," and conduct such activities as Employment Services in Schools and Private Enterprises' Recruitment Month.

Meanwhile, they plan to host startup project promotion events in turn regularly. Sichuan and Chongqing are expected to create a co-sharing mechanism, cooperation, and communication on startup incubation bases. Through project promotion, resource matchmaking, achievement advertising, and adviser communication, the two will find new ways for communication on startup projects, build platforms for sharing startup resources, stimulate in-depth collaboration between startup projects, and realize win-win results in development.
