As the Province (City) of Honor of this year's Pujiang Innovation Forum, Chongqing participated in the event with nearly 20 projects from 12 units.
Sci-tech innovation platforms like the Western (Chongqing) Science City and Chongqing Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone appeared at the event, aiming to attract global innovation resources and build Chongqing into an innovation center with national influence.
At Chongqing Exhibition Hall in the offline exhibition area, the Western (Chongqing) Science City, Chongqing Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone and other sci-tech innovation platforms gathered numerous visitors who expressed their willingness to cooperate.
Major sci-tech achievements made by Chongqing-based universities, scientific research institutions and enterprises were also displayed on-site, looking to supply-demand matchmaking of technologies and seeking domestic and foreign cooperation.
On June 1, the event staged a results matchmaking meeting for Chongqing to attract global sci-tech resources.
Inno-Match Expo serves as China's first sci-tech expo under the theme of "innovation demands". It is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), Shanghai Municipal People's Government, Department of Research Commercialization and Regional Innovation of the MOST, Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of the MOST, and Shanghai Science and Technology Committee.
To "meet thousands of demands with global resources", the event was held both online and offline.
A nearly 10,000-square-meter offline exhibition area was equipped with a cloud exhibition hall and gathered a huge demand for technological innovation.
Specifically, this includes more than 500 domestic and foreign results to be transformed, over 200 innovative products of small and medium enterprises, 200 common demand solutions and over 50 sci-tech service institutions.
