Chongqing- The commencement ceremony of an industrial internet innovation center and the global investment promotion conference have opened at the site of Chongqing Jiangbei, German City, on June 18th.

The innovation center is designed to build a digital new economic industry ecosystem featuring creativity, synergy, openness, and service.

It also endeavors to develop a public technology service platform that centers on the digital transformation of industries, including industrial Internet applications, smart cars, electronic information, high-end equipment, etc. Their goal is to achieve the accelerated convergence between the digital and real economies at Jiangbei district, aiming to form a new growth engine in Chongqing.

Locating at Yudai New City area of Jiangbei District, the center serves as one of the key areas of this district. The area has prominent regional advantages, concentrated land for development and utilization, profound cultural accumulation, and strong urban plasticity.

In recent years, the development of the Yudai New City area has been focusing on its people as the center. It aims to satisfy the people's needs for a better life, where its construction work has achieved initial results.

Among them, environmental benefits started to show out through scientific ecological governance. The initiative of Two Rivers and Four Banks aims to create a characteristic waterfront of Binjiang Road.

There have been completed two riverside theme parks, including Shanshui North Bank and Panxi River Riverside Landscape, forming two "urban living rooms" on Binjiang Road as well as a two kilometers characteristic waterfront of Binjiang Road.

In addition, the traffic network of the Yudai New City area is speeding up. Key secondary roads in the area have been completed, and other municipal roads are accelerated. It is expected that the whole line of Yudai Road will be finished in 2021, realizing the micro-circulation of the internal road network. 

Next, the Yudai New City area will continuously improve the quality of urban construction, enhance the living environment of the area, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the social economy.

Those efforts will realize the combination of economic, social, and ecological benefits, bringing clear water and green mountains, which contributes to the social and economic development of the Jiangbei district.
