Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport has recently released a new advisory for passengers on epidemic prevention and control through their official Wechat Account.
According to epidemic prevention and control requirements in Chongqing Municipality, passengers need to prepare health codes in advance and cooperate with body temperature checks.
Inside the terminal, passengers are requested to wear masks at all times, queue in an orderly manner, and reduce direct contact with others by maintaining a social distance of one meter.

A zone for health code checks has been installed for passengers in the arrivals hall. Travelers are requested to prepare health codes in advance and cooperate with airport staff by readily presenting their health code and accepting body temperature checks.
Passengers arriving in Chongqing from medium to high-risk areas are subject to centralized quarantine for medical observation. A series of four nucleic acid tests will be performed on the first, fourth, seventh, and fourteenth day.
Those arriving in Chongqing through cities designated as medium to high-risk areas need to produce evidence of a negative nucleic acid test, which they should readily present to airport staff on the ground. Passengers unable to provide evidence of a negative test must cooperate with the staff to undergo a nucleic acid test of PCR.
Passengers with overseas travel history in the past 28 days arriving in Chongqing are requested to notify their intended residential address, work institution, or hotel to airline staff at the check-in and also the local neighborhood committee.
On arrival, passengers with overseas travel history should readily present evidence of a negative nucleic acid test to ground staff.
Passengers should inquire with their airline about local prevention and control requirements at their destinations before their departure.
