Smart Government Service System Optimizes Chongqing's Business Environment

Chongqing- A press conference on the release of the “Yukuaiban” 3.0 version was held on July 28, which will boost the construction of the city’s integrated online government service platform, allowing easier access to more government services via one single website.

“Yukuaiban”, an online government service platform of Chongqing,  was launched in November 2018. After it promoted 1.0 and 2.0 versions, the service functions of “Yukuaiban" have been improved increasingly, which subsequently optimizes the business environment in Chongqing and provides more convenience for enterprises and residents to handle affairs and start up a business.

“Yukuaiban” 3.0 version contains an upgraded version of the online office hall and a new version of the APP, which realizes the combination of government affairs disclosure, government services, and interactive communication.  

According to the related person in charge, the 3.0 version is more functional, richer in content, and more user-friendly, aiming for a better service experience.

High-frequency matters

For example, concerning the whole life cycle of natural persons and enterprises, the online services cover 27 personal areas of work, from birth and adoption, household registration to transportation and retirement, and 26 corporate areas of work such as business establishment and change, quarantine, and inspection, cancellation of legal persons.

Meanwhile, nearly 600 high-frequency matters related to people and enterprises have been optimized, through the office declaration information, electronic certificates, and other data associated reuse, to achieve automatic data verification, reducing the process of filling out information and submitting materials, which is bound to enhance the users' experiences.

Better services

In addition, centered on high-frequency questions and services, “Yukuaiban” 3.0 version opens a batch of thematic services areas including epidemic prevention and control, optimization of the business environment, Sichuan and Chongqing inter-provincial government services, cross-provincial government services, comprehensive and tailored services for the elderly and other six service areas with all of them having different functions and features.

Modern information technology

Through artificial intelligence, big data, and other modern information technology, the “Yukuaiban” 3.0 version can provide more accurate and targeted services and strengthen data sharing and mutual recognition.

Moreover, the latest version uses intelligent association, intelligent error correction, and other technologies to improve the matching accuracy and response speed of information retrieval, service guidance, smart customer service, etc., making the service smart and accessible.

Next, Chongqing is committed to promoting the city’s social governance and online public services by “Yukuaiban” and fully enhancing its online government service capacity. The platform will also drive the optimization of the city’s business environment, facilitating the market vitality and people’s lives.
