For this reason, the Chongqing Airport-Based Hi-tech Park has seized the forefront of international innovation. Based on the blueprint of 'Made in China 2025' and the requirements of high-quality development, it aims to realize the zenith of intelligent manufacturing. From January to July, the park completed the contract investment of 10.2 billion yuan (about 1.6 billion U.S. dollars), 92.7% of the annual target; the actual funds in place for existing investment attraction projects reached about 2.21 billion yuan, 61.3% of the annual target. Up to now, there are 69 projects settled in the park, with a total agreed investment of 58.3 billion yuan, a total target output value of 115.2 billion yuan, and a total expected tax revenue of 3.7 billion yuan.

The park is focused on the leading smartphone brands, such as OPPO and Transsion. It also introduces core supporting enterprises to boost the development of the full industrial chain of smart terminals plus core supporting enterprises. High-tech enterprises and the front end of the value chain enhance investment attraction and attract investment from important foreign supporting enterprises of Chang'an Automobile and Chang'an Ford Automobile. The top three domestic automobile companies will cooperate to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Chongqing's automobile industry and realize high-quality development; and strengthen information reserve resources to achieve precise investment promotion.

In order to promote the restructuring and listing of qualified companies and realize the digital, network-based, and intelligent development of the traditional manufacturing industry, the park further actively connects and screens quality projects, and implements preferential policies, and ensures the supply of land or factories to support enterprises in technological transformation, capacity expansion and listing efforts, so as to invigorate and strengthen the economic stock.

As the main carrier for Yubei District to build a 100-billion-yuan-level smart terminal industrial cluster, the park will strictly comply with the plans and arrangements of the CPC Yubei District Committee and the People's Government of Yubei District. It aims to take the lead to achieve a 100-billion-yuan-level smart terminal industrial cluster, attract large and strong enterprises, highlight precise investment promotion, and improve the effectiveness of investment promotion.
