The 2021 Chongqing Culture and Tourism National Roadshow activity of "An Artistic Tour to Chongqing Landscapes" has recently kicked off. Tourists will soon be able to enjoy the live-version Lirenxing (lit. Beauty Walk), a renowned dance with Tang Dynasty style, to be presented as the flash mob dance in the major scenic spots of Chongqing.

This activity starts from 12 core scenic spots in Chongqing. It covers plenty of attractions, including the nine major 5A-level scenic spots in Chongqing, two national-level tourist resorts of Wulong Karst Scenic Area and Fengdu Nantian Lake Scenic Area, world-famous Fengjie Baidicheng-Qutang Gorge Scenic Area and Fengdu Mingshan Mountain Scenic Area, and the top ten hot springs in the east, west, south, north and central areas, whereas Chongqing is the Capital of Hot Springs.

From October 10, the activity will join efforts with Chongqing's major scenic spots to support the appealing flash mob interactions between Lirenxing and memorable songs and dances in 20 municipalities and cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Xi'an, Hangzhou, and Nanjing.

In the meantime, Chongqing's core cities and scenic spots will conduct on-site promotion and display in touring cities, attracting nationwide tourists to Chongqing through fresh and diverting promotion activities such as "City Teleportation Door," "Immersive Scene Show of Scenic Spots," "Time Photography Exhibition" and interactive games.

In the activity of "City Teleportation Door," each "teleportation door" will be customized in combination with the characteristics of Chongqing's major scenic spots, allowing tourists to "travel through" time and space to admire Chongqing's scenery behind the door and feel the enthusiasm of Chongqing as "the city spoiling tourists most."

This activity will last for about half a year and publicize through Douyin, Toutiao, and all-media matrix platforms. Meanwhile, a multi-terminal topic of "An Artistic Tour to Chongqing Landscapes" will be launched to interact with Internet users deeply. Through mainstream media at the national, city, district, and county levels and social platforms such as Weibo, WeChat, Bilibili, Kuaishou, and Xiaohongshu, online publicity and offline conversion of tourists will be combined to facilitate the promotion of Chongqing's high-quality scenic spots and tourism routes, thus showing Chongqing's city image of "A Land of Natural Beauty and A City with Cultural Appeal."

A Douyin challenge with the hashtag "An Artistic Tour to Chongqing Landscapes" will be launched on September 16, inviting Internet celebrities and nationwide tourists to showcase Chongqing's dances, folk songs, intangible cultural heritage, historical sites, city culture, and landscapes. Users only need to post videos with the above themes, add the hashtag of "An Artistic Tour to Chongqing Landscapes," and mention Chongqing Culture and Tourism. According to the comprehensive ranking of the number of likes, forwarding, and comments, the participants have an opportunity to share a traffic prize worth 300,000 yuan, a cash prize of 100,000 yuan, and other prizes.
