China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity Administrative Bureau (CCIB), the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee, and Sasseur Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement on holding the international art and lifestyle festival to create a high-quality life.

The festival aims to introduce fashion resources from Singapore and worldwide, promote cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and Singapore, and help Chongqing build itself into an international consumption center city.
Held on an annual basis, the festival involves a series of events such as a fashion trend conference, an international cuisine activity, a global art, and business forum, and a nationwide Sasseur Outlets shopping carnival. People can enjoy shopping, tourism, art, and green life.
Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust was successfully listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in March 2018. The China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity is also known as the Chongqing Connectivity Initiative (CCI). Its administrative bureau or the CCIB plans to help build the international consumption center city of Chongqing with ten projects, among which is the art and lifestyle festival.
