Recently, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development cooperated with the People’s Government of Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County to leverage the 6th edition of the Chongqing Culture and Tourism Consumption Season to hold an on-the-spot meeting at Zhongyi Township under the theme "Culture and Tourism Empower Rural Revitalization: Agriculture-Culture-Tourism Integrated Development."

The traditional courtyards of the Tujia ethnic group have been turned into superior B&Bs, and the former sleepy villages have been revitalized, showing the long-lost beauty of the countryside.
