The 4th Chongqing Nanbin International Theatre Festival Opened on the National Day

Chongqing- The Changjiahui 4th Chongqing Nanbin International Theatre Festival is being staged from October 1st to October 5th, jointly created by more than 150 young artists from 21 troupes across China.

Novel and unique experiences

In addition to the traditional old street environmental theater and drama carnival in the past, this year's theatre festival also introduced four specially invited plays at the Wang Family Courtyard in Danzishi Old Street, added 10 large drama social spaces, as well as opening and closing ceremonies in the form of pop-ups, and other novel and unique experience tours.

Exhibition across 25 countries

Over the past 4 years, the Changjiahui Chongqing Nanbin International Theatre Festival has achieved remarkable results.

More than 180 artists have participated in the exhibition across 25 countries, and over 1,200 drama performances have been performed in the national 4A-level scenic spot of Danzishi Old Street in Changjiahui, including over 20 forms of expressions such as drama, stage play, musical, cross-talk, puppet show, Chinese opera, and etc.
